Each user is assigned a randomly generated unique ID. This ID is used solely for technical reasons — to store your progress and exercise data.

• This ID does not contain any personal or device-identifying information.
• It cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. Data Storage

All app data is stored securely on AWS servers in Frankfurt, Germany. We implement standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

• We use OpenAI for image processing (e.g., scanning words).
• No personal data is shared with OpenAI; only the vocabulary images are processed.

5. Data Usage

We use your unique ID to:

• Save your exercises and progress
• Enable app functionality (e.g., retrieving your vocabulary sets)

We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.

6. Your Rights

Even though we don’t store personal data, you can:

• Request deletion of your app data (linked to your unique ID) at any time.
